Chief of Staff

• Drive the Operating Rhythm of the MSO Executive Office.
• Build and lead the daily operational cadence of the President's office — including preparing materials for leadership meetings, board presentations, and executive offsites, and ensuring that the right people have the right information at the right time.
• Serve as the connective tissue between the President's priorities and the broader MSO leadership team, translating direction into structured, actionable plans.
• Lead and Advance Cross-Functional Strategic Initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end project management and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives — including those that fall between departments, span multiple leadership areas, or require orchestration across functions that no single team owns.
• Track milestones, manage dependencies, escalate risks, and ensure that action items are followed through to completion without requiring the President to manage every workstream directly.
• Serve as the President's Thought Partner and Information Hub.
• Act as an extension of the President — filtering and prioritizing incoming inquiries, assessing requests for urgency and appropriate routing, and standing in on meetings where the President's presence is needed but their bandwidth is constrained.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and options on high-stakes decisions, offering a well-informed, independent perspective that challenges assumptions and surfaces what the President needs to know to act with confidence.
• Monitor and Advance Progress Against Organizational Priorities.
• Proactively track the MSO's highest-priority commitments and initiatives, identifying early warning signs of delays, misalignment, or execution gaps before they escalate.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication and Stakeholder Alignment.
• Foster integration and collaboration across MSO functions and enterprise stakeholders by creating and maintaining the communication frameworks, meeting structures, and relationship management systems that keep the organization aligned.

Chief of Staff, Managed Services Organization

• Partner with the CEO to ensure the strategy is communicated, implemented, tracked, and delivered effectively
• Drive annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles including preparing materials, tracking execution of key deliverables, leading offsites / key meetings, and proactively escalating opportunities and risks
• Track performance against key metrics and OKRs and help ensure all targets are achieved
• Synthesize data and performance into clear insights and recommendations for the CEO
• Lead and deliver priority strategic initiatives including new function development, product development, channel expansion, market expansion, and AI results delivery
• Work closely with leadership team members accountable for delivering other priority strategic initiatives to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and CEO visibility of progress and emerging issues
• Help ensure AI initiatives translate into tangible and cost-effective business performance improvements and ensure effective governance of AI tools, workflows, and investments across both the US and EU
• Build and lead the Product function across three main pillars of (i) Product Strategy & Insights (ii) Research & Development (iii) Go To Market
• Identify key market, consumer, competitor, and health trends through primary and secondary research and use these insights to develop and iterate Primal Harvest’s product strategy
• Lead an internal and external R&D team to develop efficacious, high NPS, margin accretive products customized to local regulations across the US and EU markets
• Lead the Go To Market (GTM) process from product strategy through launch and post launch retrospectives, ensuring effective collaboration across all internal and external stakeholders
• Support the CEO to ensure that company priorities are executed effectively by the rest of the leadership team and organization and any issues / roadblocks are identified, escalated, and resolved promptly
• Manage the leadership operating cadence to ensure the right meetings happen, with the people and information, at the right moments – remove bottleneck and escalate issues
• Identify ways to improve and evolve the operating model as the business grows over time
• Help drive culture impacting initiatives including employee surveys, all-hands, events
• Support board and investor preparation, including materials, insights, and key narratives
• Ensure US and European teams are aligned around shared priorities, tools, and ways of working and maintain effective communication practices consistently deliver aligned results
