• Lead Engineering, AI, Data & Platform teams
• Build and mentor a high-performing global engineering organization
• Drive software architecture, AI initiatives, automation, cloud infrastructure, and platform scalability
• Establish engineering standards, governance, CI/CD, security, and development best practices
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities

Chief Technology Officer – Hands-On AI, Engineering Leader

• Own the full technical track on qualified India & Middle East Analytics and AI opportunities.
• Lead the technical motion on AI and GenAI use cases on Postgres vector search, retrieval, RAG, and agentic workloads.
• Run proofs of concept, benchmarks, and sizing, including services scoping and complex migrations.
• Design reference architectures and frame EDB's technical differentiation clearly and confidently.
• Operate at the enterprise and CxO level providing advisory and thought leadership.
• Document deal motions into playbooks, reference architectures, and demos.
