Chief Operating Officer

• The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible and accountable for the overall operations and management of the company.
• A leader in this role will partner with the President to set the company’s overall strategic direction and priorities.
• Monitor the financial, operational, and managerial performance of all aspects of the company.
• Promotes a culture that reflects the organization's mission and values.
• Develops future leadership in the organization.
• Creates annual operating plans that support and execute the strategic direction set by the board and owners.
• Delegates responsibilities to appropriate executives in order to ensure smooth running of the company operations.
