• Build clear brand positioning, communication platforms, and consumer propositions that resonate across regions
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities across categories, routines, channels (DTC, retail, derm-recommendation), and geographies
• Lead long-term portfolio strategy, including brand architecture, innovation priorities, and lifecycle management
• Own the end-to-end innovation agenda, from insights and concept development through launch and scale
• Champion consumer understanding, leveraging trends, unmet needs, and routines to drive relevance and desirability
• Partner with R&D teams to translate dermatological science into consumer-friendly, market-winning products
• Ensure innovation delivers clear differentiation, strong claims, and meaningful brand value
• Partner with regional and local marketing teams to ensure best-in-class launches, campaigns, and activation
• Drive consistency of brand story, messaging, and visual identity, while enabling local relevance
• Optimize pricing, portfolio mix, and channel strategy to maximize consumer reach and commercial impact
• Use data, insights, and performance tracking to continually refine strategy and execution
• Lead and inspire high-performing global teams across brand, innovation, and portfolio management

Seeking global marketing leader for Galderma's dermatological skincare portfolio. Overseeing brand vision, innovation, and growth across channels and markets.

• Define and implement trade marketing strategy for the wholesale channel, translating brand and business objectives into actionable plans
• Lead seasonal trade marketing planning, including campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives
• Drive visual merchandising strategy for wholesale partners, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while adapting to local market requirements
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness of trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives (sell-out, ROI, brand visibility)
• Collaborate closely with Sales to support sell-in and sell-out strategies, creating compelling ‘selling stories’ and tools
• Oversee the development and distribution of POP materials and marketing tools, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for trade marketing activities
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners
• Ensure alignment and coordination across regions, fostering best practices and continuous improvement
• Lead and develop the trade marketing and visual merchandising team
• Develop guidelines and toolkits for wholesale partners covering campaigns, product presentation and visual merchandising
