Chaplain

• Provide comprehensive spiritual care to patients of all ages and their families
• Include individual patient/resident support related to spiritual matters and family support
• Provide support to patients and families facing grief and end of life issues
• Lead religious ceremonies of worship, rituals and other spiritual care programs as directed
• Document care and counseling provided
• Participate in meetings and educational programs
• Serve patients in outpatient, inpatient, and residential facilities depending on location
• Participate on committees and department improvement initiatives as directed
