SFE & BI Analyst – Surgery MSM

• You'll lead a distributed team of BI Analysts and own the delivery and quality of reporting and analytics across the enterprise – working across modern platforms including Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and enterprise semantic models.
• Lead and develop a global team of BI Analysts working remotely and collaborating daily via Teams
• Manage delivery and prioritization of reporting and analytics initiatives across the organization
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, reusable BI solutions
• Drive best practices for Power BI development, semantic modeling, and reporting governance through our BI Community.
• Support enterprise analytics initiatives leveraging Databricks and SQL-based platforms
• Promote BI community governance, standards, and user enablement
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Data Management, and Architecture teams
• Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning and Jira-based execution
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting quality, usability, and operational efficiency
• Champion adoption of AI-enabled analytics and self-service experiences such as Databricks Genie

BI Analyst Manager

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI data products, including reports, semantic models and related infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards with strong visual design and usability standards.
• Design, develop, support and deliver solutions in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Implement best practices for CI/CD, deployment automation, and version control using Azure DevOps.
• Apply data engineering expertise to investigate, validate, and refine data models and underlying datasets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand KPIs, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new Power BI features, Microsoft Fabric capabilities, and AI-driven enhancements, recommending improvements to existing solutions.
• Contribute to metadata management and governance for consistent and trusted reporting.
• Periodically support colleagues with ad-hoc analyses.
• Document development processes and provide training and support to end-users as needed.
