Business Intelligence Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehousing, ETL, and BI reporting solutions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, etc.
• Collaborate with the business and IT teams to understand reporting and data needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through proper testing and validation.
• Stay up to date with new BI technologies and trends
• Evaluate user requirements and identify the best source and delivery of the information requested by business users.
• Interface with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design appropriate BI solutions, and implement applications against development standards and best practices, and build key performance indicators for divisions of the business.
• Use warehouse data to develop and implement interactive analytical reports and dashboards to support business decision making and business performance monitoring.
• Work with business users to generate and deliver quality reports and perform quality assurance checks on reports.
• Create end-to-end solutions to meet business requirements.
• Other duties as required or assigned.

BI Developer

• The Junior Power BI Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business reporting and analytics needs.
• This role works closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into effective reporting deliverables, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
• Responsibilities include building and enhancing Power BI reports and dashboards, creating DAX measures, using M Query for data transformation, developing Power BI Paginated Reports, and assisting with data modeling using MSSQL, PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
• This role also supports troubleshooting reporting issues, analyzing defects, and recommending corrective changes to improve reporting processes, data structures, and system functionality.

• Collaborate with supply chain leaders, production control, and program management to identify and build metrics that enable leaders to lead their teams
• Build strategic reporting solutions for leadership to support Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR)
• Work with partners and domain specialists to generate reporting, application, and integration requirements
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, and critically review and refine all outputs before shipping to production

• Maintain day-to-day workflow and communication with a variety of partners across the company

• Design and maintain automated revenue dashboards and reports in Tableau tracking player behavior and wagering results across multiple states for both iGaming and Sportsbook verticals
• Conduct variance analysis on revenue trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Partner with FP&A to forecast revenue performance and identify growth opportunities or risks
• Analyze player cohorts to identify behavioral trends and predict lifetime value opportunities
• Ensure data quality and integrity of our revenue reporting while collaborating with our broader Finance and Accounting teams

BI Analyst

• Own end-to-end financial analytics for the Consumer division, from business question scoping through modeling, analysis, and delivery.
• Build and maintain complex financial and operational models primarily in Excel, serving as the foundation for decision-making.
• Develop sales and marketing forecasts, including volume, conversion, and unit economics assumptions.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting pipelines, with increasing use of Power BI.
• Drive the annual budgeting process and create trackable frameworks to measure performance throughout the year.
• Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and provide clear, actionable commentary for leadership.
