Business Intelligence Developer

• Act as a subject matter expert on the firm’s compensation management system, analytics tools, and compensation reporting capabilities
• Support the maintenance of existing reports and respond to user queries related to compensation analytics
• Design and deliver new compensation analytics dashboards within the system, based on user requirements and analysis of offline tools such as MS Excel and MS Access
• Build strong relationships with compensation analysts to understand existing offline reporting and modelling practices
• Design and implement modelling and scenario analysis capabilities within the compensation application
• Partner closely with system users, Information Technology, and the wider data analytics function to deliver reporting enhancements

• Analyze and validate data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Identify trends and insights that support safer, more efficient operations

Business Intelligence Analyst I – Environment, Health & Safety, EHS

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor asset and liability performance, compliance metrics, risk analytics, and performance attribution
• Enable dynamic functionality to drill down into detail views by asset classes, region, sector, ratings etc.
• Develop dashboard to track changes in regulatory capital (capital charge by asset class, duration, etc.)
• Work with data engineers and IT teams to ensure clean, well structured, and timely data flows
• Maintain documentation on data sources, calculations, and assumptions used in Power BI reports
• Partner with product, finance, actuaries, risk management teams to understand evolving data needs

• Build end-to-end reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI, including semantic models, DAX calculations, and interactive visualizations that drive business decision-making.
• Partner with data engineers to understand data pipelines, Lakehouse architectures, and semantic layers built on Microsoft Fabric and Azure platforms.
• Work directly with business units to understand reporting requirements, translate business questions into analytics solutions, and provide training and support to help users become more data literate and self-sufficient.
• Monitor and improve report performance, query efficiency, and user experience through DAX optimization, data model refinement, and Power BI best practices.
• Ensure all reporting solutions adhere to data governance policies, security requirements, and enterprise standards for data quality, metadata, and documentation.
• Stay current with Power Platform capabilities, Microsoft Fabric features, and emerging analytics technologies to recommend and implement solutions that enhance our reporting ecosystem.

• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, contributing to business planning and strategic decision-making.
