Associate, Marketing Business Intelligence

• Drive Insightful Storytelling: Translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights that answer the “why” behind operational challenges and opportunities.
• Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations that resonate with end users, empowering self-service analytics across the organization.
• Engage & Understand: Build trusted relationships with business partners across functional areas such as collections and registration to map processes, document workflows, and identify unmet reporting needs.
• Ask the right questions to uncover not just what data is needed, but why, helping shape metrics that align with business priorities.
• Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Database Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Project Analysts to ensure dashboards are accurate, timely, and actionable.
• Liaise with Backend Analysts on data infrastructure needs, supporting the delivery of reliable, quality data.

Insights Analyst – ROPS Reporting Analyst

• Design, build, and steward complex BI datasets, governed semantic layers, and Tableau dashboards that model CXO performance across volume, efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Define and evolve enterprise metrics, taxonomy, and governance while influencing CXO wide reporting standards and best practices to ensure consistent and trusted analytics.
• Partner with Data Engineering to shape data contracts, ingestion requirements, and transformation logic that support scalable and long term analytics foundations.
• Collaborate with Analytics to translate exploratory analysis into standardized and reusable BI products.
• Develop and maintain advanced SQL transformations used in production BI workflows.
• Champion data quality by identifying issues, articulating business impact, and driving improvements across upstream and downstream systems.
• Build BI assets, including feature consistent datasets, governed semantic layers, and documented metrics, that enable downstream use cases such as automation, experimentation, AI powered analytics, agent assisted decisioning, and executive decision support.
• Establish BI documentation, metadata standards, and data quality signals that make CXO metrics understandable, discoverable, and ready for AI driven and self service consumption.
• Drive BI adoption and impact by partnering with CXO Program, Analytics, and Operations leaders to shape intake, prioritize high impact work, enable stakeholders, and reduce ad hoc reporting through scalable solutions.
• Serve as a trusted cross functional partner, aligning Analytics, Data Engineering, Finance, Workforce Management, and Operations around shared definitions, priorities, and outcomes.

Senior Business Intelligence Manager

• Define, document, and enforce HR data governance policies, data definitions, metadata, and lineage
• Maintain a data dictionary and feature catalog for HR domains, including metric definitions and 3rd party datasets
• Act as subject-matter expert for HR data elements (hire-to-retire), data flows, and master records
• Monitor, measure, and improve data quality (completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness); investigate root causes and coordinate remediation
• Implement data-validation rules, data-quality dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Service Level Agreement tracking
• Manage exception and reconciliation processes with HR operations, Talent Acquisition, Development and HR IT teams
• Support reporting and analytics by providing data context, certified datasets, and guidance on usage
• Ensure HR data handling adheres to privacy, security, and retention policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA); coordinate with Legal, Privacy and Security teams
• Deliver user training and change management on data-management and usage best practices and governance processes
• Participate in AI/ML model governance lifecycle: intake, review, approval, monitoring, and decommissioning for HR models
• Review datasets used for training/validation: confirm representativeness, label quality, feature provenance, and linkage to canonical HR records
• Evaluate model inputs and outputs for appropriateness, interpretability, and the absence of impermissible/sensitive attributes unless explicitly justified and approved
• Define and apply evaluation criteria and metrics relevant to HR (accuracy, calibration, precision/recall, and fairness measures such as demographic parity or equalized odds) and interpret their operational implications
• Require and review documentation artifacts: model cards, data lineage, feature catalogs, version history, evaluation reports, and risk assessments
• Ensure explainability, human-in-the-loop controls, and decision-review processes for models influencing hiring, promotion, compensation, performance management, or disciplinary actions
• Monitor post-deployment performance and drift; trigger alerts, remediation, or retraining when thresholds are exceeded
• Enforce data minimization and privacy-preserving techniques (de-identification, synthetic data, access controls) for model training and inference
• Maintain or review audit trails for model predictions and decision logs to support investigations and compliance requests
• Coordinate model risk reviews and approvals with Ethics/AI governance, Legal/Privacy, Security, and HR leadership
• Educate HR stakeholders on model capabilities, limitations, appropriate use, and reporting obligations

Senior Business Intelligence Architect – Governance

• Lead data discovery, inventory, and profiling across multiple systems (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, enterprise systems)
• Assess data quality and define approaches to improve usability and accessibility
• Design and implement data structures and transformations to support reporting needs
• Develop Power BI dashboards, including data models, DAX calculations, and visualizations
• Translate business and operational requirements into actionable reporting logic
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting views
