Business Intelligence Analyst

• Analyze large, complex datasets to generate insights across credit performance, fraud trends, and portfolio risk.
• Support development and monitoring of fraud detection models, rules, thresholds, and segmentation strategies.
• Design and deliver fraud and risk reporting (KPIs/KRIs) aligned to BSA/AML and enterprise risk standards.
• Establish and maintain data governance and validation processes.
• Translate complex data into actionable, executive-ready insights.
• Partner with Fraud Operations, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Technology teams.
• Analyze fraud alert and case lifecycle data to identify process inefficiencies, quality issues, and opportunities for automation or control enhancement.

Fraud Reporting Analyst

• enables fast, reliable visibility into CAHPS & HOS performance by operating the internal intelligence service
• solves complex business problems by designing and maintaining standardized reporting, metrics, and visualizations
• ensures that the right signals are visible, accessible, and actionable for survey results, leading indicators, and member risk modeling
• provides daily and weekly dashboards, rapid ad hoc analysis, and alerting on meaningful shifts
• selects and leverages tools, technologies, applications, and practices to collect, integrate, analyze, and present survey and performance data
• ensures observability of CAHPS & HOS performance, standardizing metrics, dashboards, and visualizations
• advises Stars leadership and other stakeholders to develop strategies focused on survey performance, member experience, and risk modeling
• supports experience-related objectives that impact Star Ratings

Business Intelligence Lead – CAHPS & HOS Analytics

• Own the reporting capabilities for Provider Programs related to these portfolio offerings
• Evaluate the existing capabilities and own the transformation in uniformity and structure into the future
• Help solve complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
• Determine the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present raw data to create insightful business information
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models, to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Power BI visualizations
• Build and maintain robust data models using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
• Integrate data from multiple sources, such as SQL databases, Excel, and cloud platforms
• Develop, test, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring they adhere to organizational standards and best practices
• Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI solutions to address issues related to data refresh, performance, and user access
• Maintain documentation for developed solutions, including data models, workflows, and user guides
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of Power BI tools
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies throughout all BI activities
• Continuously evaluate and implement new features and enhancements within Power BI, staying current with platform updates.
