Business Analyst

• Own the breakdown of platform capabilities into detailed, implementable requirements (user stories, workflows, data mappings, API-level considerations)
• Translate business and platform requirements into system-level specifications aligned to engineering architecture
• Support sprint execution by clarifying requirements, resolving ambiguities, and managing requirement changes
• Partner with Platform Managers, country teams, and engineering teams to ensure alignment across markets
• Analyse existing processes and platform capabilities to identify improvement opportunities
