Business Analyst

• Identifying and framing high-impact business problems where data, analytics, automation, and AI can create strategic value as well as looking beyond the initial request to understand the underlying business need, challenge assumptions, and reframe problems to maximize value.
• Building ROI-based business cases: articulate expected costs, benefits, and risks; quantify value (e.g., revenue uplift, cost savings, efficiency, quality, experience).
• Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Facilitating workshops, interviews, and working sessions to align on problems, priorities, and solution options.
• Translating business problems into clear, testable requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) plus translate business concepts into logical and conceptual data models, defining how entities, relationships, measures, and KPIs should be represented in the data platform.
• Collaborating daily with Engineers to validate feasibility and data availability, co-design solution approaches, and refine requirements as learning emerges.
• Owning the business side of the solution lifecycle – from discovery to adoption: requirements and design, testing and validation, business readiness and go-live, and post-launch optimization.
• Leading or coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including designing test cases that match real-world scenarios and edge cases.
• Mentoring and support more junior team members, especially colleagues working with business analysis and insights, sharing best practices and providing feedback on complex challenges.
• Being recognized as a go-to domain expert in your business area and share lessons learned across teams and projects.

Senior Business Analyst – Data, Insights, AI

• Lead development of business cases including problem definition, options analysis, solution scope, resource/cost estimates, benefits/KPIs, risks, and compliance considerations
• Lead and drive the end-to-end delivery of country-level tools and solutions (e.g., dashboards, workflow automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-assisted processes) using appropriate platforms and methods
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications and oversee build, testing, validation, and controlled deployment; ensure security, privacy, and quality
• Conduct life cycle management of the developed solutions, including rollout, maintenance and disposal, as required
• Develop or oversee development of analytics and visualization (e.g., operational dashboards, performance metrics) to drive data-informed decision-making
• Define and track success metrics (e.g., time-to-deploy, cycle-time reduction, accuracy/data quality, adoption/satisfaction, cost avoidance/FTE savings) and embed learning loops for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, company policies and local regulations; support change management through training materials and end-user training, and collaborate closely with country, regional and headquarters stakeholders
• Lead change management for local deployments, including training plans, communications, and stakeholder engagement; contribute to capability uplift in data literacy and digital ways of working
