Brand Manager

• Serve as the product expert resource on Own Brand initiatives for all Plumbing and Mechanical Pipe, Valves, Fittings, etc.
• Focus on training, product communication, onboarding, sales mentoring, and product resource support
• Conduct thorough and insightful product sales performance analytics, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize sales growth and revenue generation
• Lead efforts to increase market share and ensure strict adherence to compliance activities within the Customer Groups
• Provide expert guidance and direct support for pricing needs, including analysis of market prices and core contracts
• Oversee customer service operations, handling warranty issues and customer complaints with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Identify training requirements for the brand team and coordinate all training initiatives with corporate trainers
• Take charge of implementing successful new product and program launches
• Directly support and enforce display requirements and the strategic placement of Our Brand Products
• Deliver valuable execution feedback, field intelligence, and insights on new product opportunities to the National Sales Manager and executive leadership team
• Develop district marketing plan aligned to execute customer events using Our Brand Co-Op funding

Own Brand Specialist – Residential Trade and Commercial

• Drive the strategy development and execution of marketing initiatives for brand campaigns at a divisional and departmental level. Guide both internal advertising and marketing team, as well as external agencies, in implementing strategies across all media channels.
• Oversee the evaluation of marketing campaign and promotion performance by analyzing data and reports in order to implement changes, allowing for the most successful execution of communication strategies to optimize brand awareness and reach.
• Responsible for becoming market expert for assigned divisions, businesses, programs, services and/or facilities to best understand specific marketing needs and make recommendations on short and long-term strategies by identifying emerging trends and issues.
• Lead strategic marketing, communication, forecasting and financial meetings. Make recommendations on area-related marketing issues to both the operations/client and the Marketing Managers using data driven analysis and reports.
• Work closely with the operational teams to understand marketing and communication needs, enabling them to meet their departmental or business goals and objectives by assisting the Marketing Managers in providing them with appropriate tools, materials and support.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring proper and consistent use of naming conventions, brand architecture and messaging strategies.
• Oversee a marketing team and proactively seek out new opportunities to advance the brand, not just manage client requested assignments.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
