Brand Manager

• Act as a key partner to the Food Brand Manager in the innovation and renovation pipeline for Garden Gourmet, ensuring flawless execution through strong project management, factory coordination, interaction with zone stakeholders, and clear communication with internal support functions
• Actively contribute to new product development, including tastings of innovations and competitor products, competitive analyses, and follow-up on development milestones
• Gain a strong understanding of the category, competitive landscape, and target consumers, and translate insights into brand strategy using tools such as Nielsen and Power BI
• Coordinate and communicate brand and product priorities with Field Sales, Account Managers, Supply Chain, and Master Data teams
• Provide day-to-day operational support, including code creation in collaboration with the Data team and logistics such as sending product packages
• Manage artwork changes in collaboration with the media agency and take ownership of the product bible to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to creative development by creating visuals and materials to support the Field Sales team (one-pagers, assortment sheets, etc.)
• Support brand activation initiatives, including follow-up on the Garden Gourmet Foodtruck outings (events, samplings, gatherings) and helping expand its impact and visibility
• Take part in online communication, managing social media channels (Facebook & Instagram), updating the website, developing banners and social posts, and contributing to newsletters for the Garden Gourmet community

Brand Manager Intern – Food

• Develop online and offline assets (visibility materials) for our own channels: website and social media
• Create digital assets for key accounts (B2B): banners, e-newsletters, digital storefronts, etc., and offline materials: displays, window graphics, stickers, wobblers, etc.
• Produce sales support materials for the commercial team, including training manuals and presentation materials
• Plan and manage online communications and digital campaigns: design and co-create campaign assets
• Brief external agencies and follow up on asset creation and delivery
• Manage our social media presence (Instagram account)
• Coordinate outreach to influencers
• Support new product launches and product renovations: coordinate artwork updates and new designs with external agencies
• Develop promotional materials for new launches
• Assist with events and trade shows: contribute to concept brainstorming (main concept, location, etc.), and prepare practical arrangements (catering, invitations and guest lists, goodie bags, print materials, decoration, etc.)
• Brief and liaise with external agencies for event execution
• Other tasks: perform competitive analysis

• Support the Senior Brand Manager in the execution of the brand plans of the current year and the preparation of the brand plans of the following year in line with the fixed budget
• Develop understanding of target Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and target patients and the different channels in which they occur
• Manage packaging development and communication development (on & offline) related to the brand
• Contribute to the building and development of innovation and renovation pipelines
• Create attractive and rewarding brand experiences across contact points
• Collaborate with communication agencies and ensures all brand communications contribute to enhancing the company's reputation
• Understand the omnichannel environment and contributes to the development of category strategy
