• Create brand-aligned design assets across print, digital, social, email, web and event channels.
• Design and artwork brochures, invitations, menus, event materials, sales collateral, partnership packs and presentations.
• Create digital assets for websites, email campaigns, LinkedIn, Instagram, paid media and landing pages.
• Support photoshoots and filming where required, including preparation, on-the-day coordination, image selection, retouching notes and delivery of final assets.
• Support the design of website, landing page and email assets, ensuring layouts are clear, brand-aligned and suitable for digital use.
• Apply good UX principles to digital layouts, helping ensure content is clear, easy to navigate and appropriate for the intended audience.
• Support the development and maintenance of templates, creative libraries and brand assets across Auriens and Draycott Nursing & Care.
• Ensure design work reflects the visual identity, tone and quality standards of each brand.
• Translate existing campaign concepts into practical day-to-day assets across channels, and develop new brand-aligned creative ideas that extend the campaign direction while maintaining visual consistency.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
• Support image selection, cropping, retouching notes and basic image editing where required.
• Work with marketing, sales, events and partnership teams to understand briefs and deliver clear, polished design solutions.
• Liaise with printers, agencies and suppliers where needed to support smooth delivery of printed and digital materials.
• Help identify visual inconsistencies and improve the quality and consistency of everyday brand output.
• Support presentation design and formatting for internal, commercial and partnership meetings.
• Manage multiple design requests, deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving marketing environment.

Graphic Designer – Marketing & Brand

• Lead the creation of UK-focused design assets across campaigns, social, web, product visuals, and marketing materials
• Execute and evolve BJAK’s new UK brand identity, maintaining clarity, consistency, and premium quality
• Adapt visual language for different UK audiences — consumers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure all design output aligns with UK brand standards and business goals
• Work closely with UK marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver effective, on-brand work
• Partner with the Creative Manager to contribute to UK brand and design direction
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, raising overall creative quality
• Support team-wide improvement through best practices and shared standards
• Maintain and refine UK brand guidelines, templates, and design systems
• Ensure top-tier execution and attention to detail across all outputs
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and design efficiency
• Stay current on UK design trends, motion principles, and emerging creative tools

Senior Brand Designer

• Define and continuously evolve clear visual territories for each brand, making them immediately recognisable and meaningfully distinct from one another
• Protect each brand's personality, tone, and positioning across every output
• Actively identify and prevent brand convergence across products and touchpoints
• Turn brand strategy into tangible, differentiated design direction
• Define the principles and guardrails for how each brand identity translates into digital UI and in-app experience
• Create guidelines that Product Designers can act on, practical, opinionated, and rooted in each brand's visual DNA
• Partner with Product Design to embed brand effectively into interfaces without compromising usability
• Act as the bridge between Brand, Commercial, Studio, and Product, ensuring brand expression is joined up across all functions
• Align with Content Designers so visual language and tone of voice work as one
• Partner with Design Systems teams to encode brand expression into scalable, reusable components
• Define the right balance between shared foundations and brand-specific expression
• Ensure brand updates can roll out efficiently and consistently across all platforms
• Oversee and contribute to high-impact visual work spanning product, campaigns, and brand communications
• Hold a high bar for craft, consistency, and detail and bring others up to it through review and critique
• Be the quality filter for brand alignment across all team outputs

Digital Brand Designer

• Produce polished brand and campaign assets across web, lifecycle, social, decks and one-pagers.
• Adapt key visuals into channel-ready formats and keep files clean, organised and easy to reuse.
• Maintain and extend the design system templates and components so good becomes the default.
• Build AI workflows into your own production process to ship more, faster, without losing the bar.
• Execute high-quality brand and campaign assets across all marketing surfaces, following (and strengthening) the design system.
• Prep files for handoff, manage versioning, and ensure accuracy and consistency end-to-end.
• Spot gaps in the system and propose fixes rather than working around them.
• Use AI tools intentionally to accelerate your own production work.
• Build repeatable workflows (prompt patterns, asset pipelines, automations) that compound across projects.
• Collaborate closely with Content, PMM and Growth partners to turn briefs into clean output.
• Take feedback well, iterate quickly, ship to a high standard with increasing independence.
