• Embedding measurement, storytelling, and creative testing into team workflows.
• Working closely with the Product Design team to ensure visual consistency between brand and product experiences, and to build shared design principles.
• Championing the team's visibility and impact within the broader organisation — growing people's skills and career paths to match Shine's current and future needs.
