Bookkeeper

• As a key member of the Asset Review Accounting team, a Manager is responsible for producing high-quality Asset Review Packages.
• Review packages prepared by Asset Review team for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate and liaise with clients and external property accounting team
• Providing technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients and internally
• Coordinate with Operations group, Financial Statement group, Tax group, and Investor Relations group
• Coordinate, manage and monitor external audit process
• Review fund partnership agreements, PPM’s and other materials
• Lead the Implementation of fund structures on accounting system
• Coach, develop and train staff
• Complete ad hoc reports as needed
• Review operations processes for the Company’s real assets division
• Complete any other functions required as part of the business of the Company

Assistant Vice President, Property Accounting

• Purchase ledger
• Inputting multi-currency invoices on QuickBooks for multiple entities within the group
• Maintaining creditors controls
• Forward report monthly to the Treasury for review and payment
• Sales ledger
• Maintain debtors controls
• Submit report to the Sales Ledger clerk to ensure follow up with debtors and receiving relevant updates
• Importing receipts and payments into each of the multi-currency bank accounts
• Matching payments/receipts to invoices
• Complete weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
• Manual journal transfers of FX from one currency to another
• Inputting expenses
• Employee expense control
• Monthly/quarterly deadlines
• Any other tasks as requested

• Review and verify cost of goods sold calculations, validate supporting documentation, and ensure accurate and timely recording in the general ledger.
• Monitor and control overhead allocations, maintain general ledger integrity, and oversee account reconciliations and internal controls.
• Prepare and review lease accounting entries and schedules in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., ASC 842 / IFRS 16), including right-of-use assets and lease liabilities.
• Perform and review intercompany reconciliations, resolve variances, ensure timely settlements, and verify that eliminations are accurate and appropriate.
• Lead month-end close activities, review and validate balance sheet reconciliations, and support year-end financial reporting, audit schedules, and related documentation.
• Prepare and produce weekly cash forecasts and align them with operational leaders.

Assistant Manager, Accounting and Reporting

• Play a key role in supporting LEA’s day-to-day financial operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, clients, and project managers.
• Help maintain efficient payment processes, support collections, and contribute to the integrity of financial records.
• Assist with administrative tasks, financial reconciliations, and year-end audit support.

Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator – 12-Month Contract

• Assist the accounting team with entering and verifying financial transactions
• Perform data entry in the accounting system
• Participate in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Verify invoice accuracy and follow up with suppliers as needed
• Support the team during the preparation of monthly financial reports

Accounting Clerk

• Comptabilité générale et clôture
• Assurer la tenue de livres opérationnelle au quotidien dans QuickBooks

• Effectuer la facturation clients aux deux semaines avec validation des heures de projets
• Assurer le suivi des comptes à recevoir et les relances au besoin
• Comptes payables et fournisseurs
• Saisir les factures fournisseurs dans QuickBooks via Dext
• Traiter les paiements aux fournisseurs chaque semaine
• Gérer les informations et le suivi de la relation avec les fournisseurs au besoin
• Paie et avantages sociaux
• Effectuer le cycle complet de traitement de la paie
• Ouvrir, mettre à jour et fermer les dossiers employés
• Saisir les variables de paie (heures, primes, vacances, banque de temps)
• Produire les relevés d'emploi (RE) et les feuillets de fin d'année (T4, Relevé 1)
