Senior Backend Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and internal tools in Java, powering the processing and analysis of millions of financial transactions daily
• Own and evolve PostgreSQL -based data models, queries, and performance optimization across multiple services.
• Build and improve systems that automate operational and transaction-monitoring workflows at scale
• Work within a distributed microservices ecosystem, handling service communication, dependencies, and evolving integrations
• Contribute to the design and implementation of a new fraud monitoring platform built on the company’s modern technology stack
• Investigate complex production and operational issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement long-term improvements
• Collaborate closely with QA and Analytics teams to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and operationally effective
• Monitor and improve system performance, observability, reliability, and scalability across services
• Contribute to CI/CD and deployment automation improvements across engineering workflows

Java Engineer – Automation and Efficiency

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and servers using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask.
• Implement and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems;
• Profile and optimize Python code to enhance performance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML engineers and product managers, to deliver high-quality products;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Python and AI technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Senior Python Engineer, GenAI & LLM Orchestration

• Support the Enterprise Integrations team in managing and executing integration processes from design to deployment
• Collect and define requirements from internal stakeholders, estimate task complexity, and plan delivery timelines
• Design and implement reliable, scalable integration solutions using Python, REST, gRPC, Apache Kafka, Redis, and SQL
• Conduct regular code reviews and maintain a consistent, high-quality code base
• Strictly follow delivery deadlines, ensuring production readiness and technical excellence
• Monitor and stabilize integrations post-deployment using observability tools like Grafana
• Actively identify and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum, demonstrating a proactive “get things done” approach

Senior Python Engineer

• Develop game features / server-side game logic / data management
• Work with back-end system written in TypeScript / Front-end in C++
• Perform communications with client and internal team
• Maintain code quality, follow processes and standards
• Work with distributed team

Back-End Engineer, TypeScript/C++

• Take ownership of backend architecture as a hands-on technical leader
• Spend half your time in the code — reference implementations, critical components, refactors
• Make deliberate architectural choices about how the backend should evolve
• Answer architectural questions: how to evolve the monolith, set service boundaries, design for geo-distribution, and integrate AI without accumulating debt
• Set backend architecture standards and make major technical decisions across teams
• Guide the path from monolith toward a more modular, service-oriented backend
• Develop service blueprints: API conventions, EDA patterns, testing, observability, deployment
• Design cloud architecture across AWS and GCP, including multi-region and geo-distributed designs
• Manage high-load, real-time systems: live class infrastructure, latency budgets, caching, capacity
• Determine the best approach between buy, build, or assemble — balancing managed service use, no-code tools, or POCs

Principal Backend Engineer – Architect Track

• Develop clean, efficient, and well-tested code in a high-scale, production environment
• Own and deliver end-to-end features within a microservices architecture
• Execute performance, load, and scalability analysis to ensure system reliability at scale
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices
• Drive high-quality standards through thoughtful code reviews and constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system stability for global customers
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
• Mentor and support other engineers, promoting strong engineering culture and best practices
• Contribute to hiring efforts, including interviewing and evaluating technical talent
• Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools, to improve productivity and development efficiency

Senior Java Developer

• Own the design process from early research through shipped pixels –not just the middle part.
• Work across multiple products while maintaining ecosystem coherence.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape product direction (you’ll have a seat at the table, not just a chair in the corner).
• Conduct and participate in user research: interviews, usability testing, and design validation.
• Build in Figma – fast, organized, with prototypes that actually communicate intent.
• Navigate complex technical domains and translate them into clear, usable experiences.
• Contribute to design system, and pattern documentation.
• Present and defend your design decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
