Auditor

• Perform retrospective quality audits (QA) of audit cases
• Validate that findings are supported, accurately documented, and consistent with audit rationale
• Ensure audit determinations appropriately apply payer policies, coding/billing guidelines, and reimbursement rules
• Confirm the audit file contains complete evidence to support recoveries/avoidance and to withstand provider appeals
• Apply established QA methodology to evaluate performance consistently
• Identify and classify errors
• Maintain quality dashboards and trending reports
• Participate in calibration sessions with reviewers
• Provide structured feedback to audit teams
• Support business reviews by summarizing quality findings, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Recommend updates to job aids, templates, and audit checklists to reduce variation and improve defensibility
• Escalate high-risk issues to leadership

Quality Auditor, Hospital Bill Audits, Itemized Bill Review

• Welcoming and handling all guest transactions in a quick, accurate and pleasant manner.
• Completing the nightly hotel audit.
• Collecting the proper payment including any cash deposits.
• Ensuring all exterior doors are locked and secured during the shift.
• Making reservations via phone or walk-in.
• Answers phones in a friendly manner.
• Maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized work area.
• Performing laundry functions including sorting, washing, drying and folding as needed.
• Setting up and verifying all wake-up calls.
• Starting breakfast tasks no later than 5am and preparing breakfast items.
• Completing all shift duties by the end of each shift.

Coding Data Quality Auditor, Analyst

• Perform internal audits, including the execution of information technology, strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risk-based audits
• Execute risk-based audits evaluating controls and processes for scalability, effectiveness, efficiency, and risk mitigation strategies
• Assist in audit planning, refinement of audit work programs, and wrap up of engagements
• Assist in drafting audit reports that summarize audit findings and recommendations
• Develop and communicate audit observations, recommendations, process improvement opportunities, and best practices and obtain management responses
• Monitor and report on the status and findings of audits
• Assist audit team in performing special projects and implementing internal audit best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

IT Internal Auditor II

• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate risks and control gaps.
• Facilitate workshops, risk reviews, and training sessions to build organizational risk awareness.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
• Consult with business units to strengthen control environments and support remediation activities.
• Participate in policy development and contribute to the continuous improvement of governance frameworks.
• Plan, execute, and oversee complex internal audits following established audit standards (e.g., IIA).
• Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and compliance mechanisms.
• Perform data analytics to detect anomalies, inefficiencies, and potential fraud risks.
• Prepare high-quality audit reports, summarizing findings, root causes, and practical recommendations.
• Lead enterprise-wide and departmental risk assessments, identifying potential operational, financial, regulatory, cybersecurity, and strategic risks.
• Independently execute and document the testing procedures for operational audits.
• Analyze risk exposure and develop recommendations to mitigate, transfer, or manage identified risks.
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and trends to provide insights and early warning signals to leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing ideas and opinions.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships within internal audit and throughout the company to serve as a trusted advisor.
