• Establish the firm’s relationship with qualified potential clients by conducting interviews via telephone
• Serve as point of contact for potential clients throughout the intake process
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication
• Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Learn about CCK’s practice areas and become conversant with the legal issues facing our clients
• Demonstrate empathy to potential clients and put them at ease during their difficult time
• Provide detailed written summaries about potential clients’ needs to attorneys
• Request and review all necessary documents from potential clients

Legal Intake Specialist

• manage and provide day-to-day leadership of the pharmacy and health care delivery privacy legal and compliance teams
• proactively advise business partners on a wide variety of matters
• work collaboratively with other CVS Health attorneys and partners on matters related to privacy legal and regulatory compliance
• recommend practical and sound advice to internal clients on legal issues related to business objectives
• mentor, train and oversee the work of legal and compliance professionals within the Privacy Office

AVP, Data Privacy and Technology Legal

• Directly manages software engineers and works closely with engineering teams to design, build, integrate, and operate secure, scalable solutions.
• Partners with Legal leadership, architects, and vendors, grounded in software engineering excellence, modern architecture, and reliable execution supporting discovery, litigation support, legal operations, and shared services.
• Deliver reliable, high-quality Legal technology platforms built on modern engineering practices and architectures.
• Improve platform stability, scalability, and delivery predictability through strong engineering discipline and hands-on leadership.
• Reduce operational and regulatory risk by ensuring systems are secure, well-governed, and production-ready.
• Elevate engineering capabilities through technical mentorship, coaching, and accountability for outcomes.
• Enable Legal Strategy and Shared Services and Corporate Services to achieve strategic objectives with technology that is resilient, scalable, and fit for purpose.
