Attorney

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the Firm’s clients in **Hawaii**
• Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.
• While this role is based from home, you may be required to travel for in court appearances.

Associate Attorney

• Utilize Westlaw, LexisNexis, Accurint, and similar tools to analyze litigation activity and court dockets.
• Identify active cases, involved attorneys, and expert witness usage.
• Generate actionable leads based on case activity and attorney engagement.
• Assist in monitoring potential violations of contractual agreements by network experts.
• Provide research and investigative support to the company’s collections attorney.
• Serve as a credible legal reference when needed for verification or outreach efforts.

Legal Intelligence & Research Attorney – Part-Time, Contract

• Lead strategic planning and execution of legal and business operations initiatives
• Own the design and deployment of efficient operational methods within CLM systems
• Drive technology innovation by evaluating emerging tools
• Implement procurement practices generating cost savings
• Manage the eBilling system and participate in RFPs
