• Lead and develop a team of architects responsible for end-to-end architecture across ICS initiatives

Director of Architecture – Card Processing Platform

• Lead Technical Solution Design: Serve as a trusted design partner to customers by qualifying requirements and developing low-level technical designs for high-performance, automated data discovery and processing solutions
• Lead the Customer Journey: You will serve as a trusted partner for clients, leading the entire post-sale process from initial requirement discovery and validation through to final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project handover
• Ensure Design Integrity and Compliance: Authorize design changes throughout the implementation process to ensure solutions meet all functional, security, and performance requirements in accordance with contractual commitments

Solution Delivery Architect

• Guide clients on architecture design, integration, scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success

• Work with Legal and commercial contracting teams to develop standard, modular contract constructs.
• Ensure alignment between licensing and contract designs and revenue recognition, billing, FinOps, and operational systems.
• Guide the modernization of legacy software contracts through clear standards and decision logic.

Director, Digital Licensing, Contracting – Commercial Architecture

• Own the end-to-end systems architecture for Slingshot's mission software and data ecosystem.
• Define architecture principles, technical standards, integration patterns, and design review processes across Slingshot Portal.
• Ensure Slingshot's architecture supports secure deployment models, interoperability with customer mission systems, and integration of proprietary, customer, government, and third-party data sources.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to align architecture roadmaps with customer mission needs.
• Strengthen, scale, and lead Slingshot's mission assurance function for software-intensive and hardware-enabled space operations capabilities.
• Mature repeatable assurance processes for requirements management, design control, safety and risk analysis, verification and validation, configuration management, technical review governance.
• Define the assurance approach for AI/ML-enabled space operations capabilities.
• Establish bi-directional traceability from customer needs and mission threads to requirements, architecture, data and model dependencies, verification evidence, operational procedures, and product releases.

Vice President, System Architecture, Mission Assurance

• Develop the overall application architecture, including the design and implementation of new systems and the evolution of existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, including guidance on design and development best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to define technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Establish and promote best practices for coding standards, design patterns, secure development, and software delivery workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical oversight and support for professional development.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality, performance, and security of application frameworks.
• Own and evolve the development toolchain (e.g., source control workflows, CI/CD, code quality, security scanning) and evaluate new technologies to improve reliability and developer productivity.
• Design, standardize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release automation to support repeatable deployments across environments.
• Partner with platform/operations teams to define environment standards and automate provisioning using infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools.

• Lead the execution of the Medicare Part D Stars strategy in alignment with organizational goals and CMS technical specifications.
• Own performance management for Part D Stars measures, including adherence, medication safety, MTM, pharmacy quality measures, and leading indicators/KPIs.
• Translate annual CMS updates into operational plans and performance targets.
• Support multi‑year improvement planning and monitor progress against Stars goals.
• Direct development and maintenance of Stars performance dashboards and reporting for leadership and operational teams.
• Partner with Stars and analytics teams to develop forecasting models, cut point scenarios, and risk assessments.

Business Architect Consultant – Part D Stars Strategy

• Lead customer-facing integration design sessions for advanced and custom integrations between Badger Meter solutions and third-party applications.
• Design and implement ETL workflows supporting data exchange between BEACON and external systems.
• Develop and deploy integrations within AWS MWAA and BEACON cloud environments.
• Perform business systems analysis, including data validation, requirements definition, and software configuration.
• Support continuous improvement of integration adapters and ETL infrastructure.
• Import and validate historical meter read data from UAT environments or ReadCenter backups.

• Consult with business unit representatives to understand communication needs and recommend appropriate messaging approaches, channels, and timing.
• Participate in content planning, editorial calendars, and message coordination to ensure consistency and alignment across communications.
• Monitor and maintain site-based or platform content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
