• Research and assist with integrating emerging tools, software, and methods to support both design and practice technology improvements
• Support company‑wide standardization and digital design initiatives across project teams and offices
• Provide advanced technical support for Revit, ACC, Dynamo, computational design tools, visualization tools, Bluebeam and other design/practice technology platforms
• Troubleshoot BIM and design/practice technology issues for project teams by helping with ticketing system

• Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products
• Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions
