• Serve as the process and solution expert for SAP CO, driving process standardization and innovation
• Engage in solution design for Profitability Analysis(CO-PA), Costing, Result Analysis, Project Systems, and Revenue Accounting (RAR)
• Partner with business teams to map new capabilities and leverage advanced CO-PA features
• Define process scope, confirm required customizations, and provide input for roadmap development
• Lead and support project teams in planning, execution, and delivery of user stories
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve defects, and remove roadblocks to ensure timely delivery

• Support SAP COE in upgrades, patches, and integration with new applications

Senior Manager, SAP CO Architect

• Collaborate with decision-makers, system owners, and end-users to define complex business, financial, and operational requirements
• Configure and implement SAP FI -GL, AA, AP,AR, banking, FSCM- In house cash, credit, collections and dispute management solutions
• Lead design sessions to prototype innovative system solutions that enhance business processes
• Analyze the effectiveness of existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct in-depth analysis and redesign of complex business processes

• Develop the overall application architecture, including the design and implementation of new systems and the evolution of existing systems.

• Ensure alignment of application systems with LADOTD overall technology strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate with LADOTD stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to define and prioritize application requirements.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• Install cladding/paneling
• Use sealants to ensure weather proof applications
• Develops plan and sequence of operations
• Installs insulated and non insulated wall panels and trim packages
• Locates and marks bending and cutting lines onto work
• Sets up and operates fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, and drill presses
• Ability to work with power tools and follow site guidelines regarding safety
• Designs and constructs templates
• Verifies conformance of projects to specifications
• Maintains material and inventory
• Assemble and fit parts using power and hand tools
• Frequently operate on scaffolding and out of aerial lifts
• Immediately report all Incidents/Accidents, no matter how small, to their Supervisor

Sheet Metal Fabricator – Architectural

• Own and lead a defined vertical or portfolio of work within the business.
• Conduct deep-dive assessments of current state processes and workflows.
• Design and deliver future-state solutions, incorporating AI and automation where appropriate.
• Partner with technology teams to define and execute solution requirements.
• Act as the primary translator between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive alignment across multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support transformation initiatives through design, implementation planning, and execution.
