Appointment Setter

• Complete a PAID TRAINING program that is designed to set you up for success.
• The training is 2 days long and consists of listening to live calls and role playing.
• Contact and qualify small-business owners to schedule their initial interaction with our sales team utilizing leads that 1-800Accountant provides
• Build value in our consultation by educating clients about the tax implications of business ownership as well as upcoming tax deadlines
• Heavy phones in a fast paced environment, outbound calling +300 calls daily, comfortable speaking professionally on the phone
• Lead one-call-close appointments via telephone

• Make 400+ dials per day using a power dialer system
• Contact new leads within 5 minutes of submission (speed-to-lead is the top priority)
• Cycle through older uncontacted leads after hitting all fresh leads
• Manage leads for up to 3 clients simultaneously
• Book qualified appointments for med spa and aesthetics clients
• Target 40+ booked appointments per client per month
• Confirm appointments via text/call and reduce no-show rates
• Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Work company-generated leads — no cold prospecting required
• Prioritize leads by recency and engagement level
• Follow structured call scripts while maintaining a natural, warm tone
• Track and report daily KPIs (dials, contacts, appointments booked)

• Knock assigned doors in approved neighborhoods
• Offer homeowners a free lawn evaluation
• Find people with weeds, brown spots, pests, thin grass, or other lawn concerns
• Schedule qualified evaluations with our Lawn Care Pros
• Track doors, notes, and appointments in our app
• Stay polite and professional
