Application Engineer

• Become technically proficient in OMICRON products and solutions
• Develop, maintain, and foster customer relationships for assigned accounts and segments
• Manage and support manufacturers' representatives in the South Central Territory, including training, forecasting, and performance evaluation
• Coordinate customer visits and activities
• Make presentations and demonstrate products, technologies, and test methodologies
• Provide post-sale customer support
• Participate in business development, market evaluation, and sales forecasting
• Record and maintain customer meetings, leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system according to the OMICRON Sales process
• Communicate with OMICRON Sales managers and stakeholders, share customer and market data, and report status at team meetings
• Coordinate promotional activities and participate in conferences, user meetings, seminars, and local exhibits
• Report to the Sales Manager, North America (West)
• Support additional initiatives and tasks as assigned
