Application Engineer

• Prototyping of client applications; feature development for existing frontend applications
• On-site deployment to ensure smooth integration into industrial processes and data pipelines
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs and user experience are at the heart of feature development
• Translate customer requirements (user stories) into actionable tasks and issues
• Monitor trends and requirements in the Chinese tech market and turn insights into strategic recommendations

Frontend Application Engineer

• Assist with creation and launch support tools to demonstrate the material properties
• Provide technical support by partnering with sales staff, and be involved in customer engagements
• Provide recommendations for product improvement, new products, expanded capabilities and partnership or acquisition recommendations
• Help to identify, develop or source equipment to conduct key product and application characterization testing programs
• Aid in the arrangment for external testing to be conducted for product development, standards verification, market / application specific studies of performance and other market needs
• Participate in development of framework for prioritization, maintaining data and analysis and communication of results

• Lead, mentor, and allocate resources for mechanical SDA application engineer team
• Manage staffing plans, budgets, and talent pipelines
• Define the long-term technical vision for system design automation
• Act as a technical liaison to identify new design win opportunities
• Provide technical demonstrations and manage customer expectations during sales cycle
• Lead the selection and implementation of advanced mechanical SDA solutions
