Senior Software Engineer II, Ads Data Solutions Engineering

• Manage the day to day operations of all proactive campaigns including our refresh, validation and filtering process, ensuring our messages (SMS, RCS, e-mail or push notifications) are successful every day
• Push to enhance our digital mediums - how we engage our customers -> own the roadmap, delivery, and execution through close partnership with key stakeholders
• Lead the development and maintenance of data analytics dashboards for the Proactive Assurance

Senior Data & Analytics Engineer – Proactive Assurance

• Lead end-to-end development of data visualization solutions and analytical tools, including deployment across the organization.
• Design and integrate APIs to extend data access and enable seamless connectivity between systems and platforms.
• Develop robust data visualizations, reports, and AI-assisted interfaces for multiple use cases and varying levels of user interactivity, leveraging machine learning and generative AI where appropriate to surface deeper insights.
• Quickly prototype solutions — including AI-based proof-of-concepts and API-driven applications — and effectively communicate project plans, status updates, and enhancements/issues to team members and clients.
• Adopt and enhance technology infrastructure to 'bring data to life' across the organization, with a focus on integrating modern AI tooling, automation, and API ecosystems into existing workflows.
• Explore, develop, and champion AI-based applications that improve analytical processes, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver intelligent, user-facing experiences across the business.
• Work closely with end users to understand requirements, provide demonstrations, conduct technical walkthroughs, and collect feedback to refine data visualization and AI-powered solutions.

Senior Full Stack Analytics Developer

• Play a key role in the transition from Looker to Power BI, recreating essential dashboards and ensuring reporting accuracy across platforms.
• Perform data validation between Looker and Power BI to ensure that metrics, logic, and filters remain consistent and accurate.
• Assist in developing and maintaining dbt tests (schema and data tests) to catch upstream data quality issues before they reach the reporting layer.
• Provide ad-hoc support for existing dashboards, troubleshooting data discrepancies and fulfilling custom visualization requests.
• Build clean, documented data models and optimize SQL queries to improve dashboard performance and reduce refresh times.

Analytics Engineer Intern – 8 month contract

• Implement and optimize global digital data collection, including scalable data layer design and governance
• Own Adobe Launch implementation, governance, and process improvements; integrate various marketing technologies via the TMS of record
• Configure and maintain Adobe Analytics (variables, events, classifications, processing rules, link tracking) and validate server calls
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure consistent integrations and standards across multiple applications
• Design, build, test, and deploy tagging solutions and MarTech integrations using JavaScript and related web technologies
• Troubleshoot and validate tagging and data flows using tools such as Charles or Fiddler, browser dev tools, and automated testing frameworks
• Support and enable MarTech integrations (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, AEM, Google Ads/Remarketing, Medallia, OpinionLab, Google Analytics, Tableau, Data Sentinel, ObservePoint)
• Ensure privacy compliance: configure and operate OneTrust, map cookies to categories, and assess privacy impacts for new technologies
• Monitor and maintain tracking health with enterprise tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Tivoli, ObservePoint) and collaborate with engineering/ops as needed
• Deliver clear implementation specs, tracking plans, and documentation; provide weekly status updates and maintain a strategic roadmap
• Work within Agile Scrum/Kanban; manage work via JIRA/Confluence/Asana; partner closely with developers, QA, product, and legal/privacy stakeholders
