• Own, optimize, and maintain the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules
• Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and resolve issues
• Lead implementation activities from requirements gathering to rollout

Workday HRIS Analyst – Time & Absence

• Handle daily processing of trades and ensure on-time settlement (Equity & Bonds).
• Liaise with counterparties, custodians for any failure / issues to ensure fast and effective resolution.
• Seek to continuously optimize and automate processes to ensure scalable solutions are implemented.
• Make sure changes and new procedures are documented.

Operational Analyst – Settlement

• Execute end-to-end corporate action processing across global markets and conduct reconciliations.
• Collaborate actively with key stakeholders including Portfolio Managers, custodians, and various internal and external business units.
• Seek to continuously optimize and automate processes to ensure scalable solutions are implemented and documented.
• Contribute to strategic projects and stakeholder meetings as a subject matter expert.

Operational Analyst – Corporate Actions

• Validate and process treasury transactions in line with policies and procedures.
• Execute and control third-party and intercompany payments, including netting cycles.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate settlement.
• Ensure internal and external bank statements are processed timely and accurately.
• Maintain treasury master data (bank accounts, counterparties, netting entities) and treasury related legal documentation (internal loans, KYC, bank mandates, etc.).
• Support accounting entries, accruals, mark-to-market calculations and treasury reporting.

Treasury Back Office – Intercompany Netting Analyst

• Analyse large sets of structured and unstructured data for a wide range of industries and brands

• Prepare polished reports that combine visualisations with key takeaways.
• Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders
• Become deeply familiar with client objectives and communications strategies

Insight Analyst

• Cyber Incident Response and event management
• Contributing to the response efforts for security incidents, managing triage, containment, documentation, and the reporting process.
• Contribute to the Cyber Incident Response process from a technical perspective and provide effective management of all cyber incidents.
• Supporting the Incident Manager in driving post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in technical conversations, to align response efforts and communicate effectively across technical audiences during incidents.
• Leverage Incident Analysis context to help identify gaps and improve detection and response capabilities by fine-tuning use cases, developing automation, and documenting processes.
• Respond to the incident and manage the tickets end to end with a good quality.
• Conduct host and network investigations to detect and mitigate malicious activities using tools like Sysinternals, Wireshark, and TCPDump.
• Log analysis across OS, web applications, network devices, and security tools (e.g., Anti-malware, EDR, IDS, WAF, DLP).

• Oversee the day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of global pay and benefits.
• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with our company's strategy, business goals and talent needs.
• Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
• Utilize various methods and techniques to make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensation plans.
• Support the Training & Resourcing team with recruitment and talent management activities.
• Support the Finance team with budgets, year-end bonus incentive payment process and financial analysis of all compensation and benefit plans.

• Define and oversee functional analysis models, templates, and documentation standards

• Develop and maintain authoring guidelines and operational manuals
• Design and deliver training for authors and support teams, coaching other analysts
• Increase the reuse of functional patterns to speed up large-scale migrations

Lead Functional Analyst – AEM

• Conduct business-area specific analyses for migrations and oversee content rationalization.
• Convert business requirements into functional input for the platform team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and coordinate content testing.
• Facilitate adoption and change management, providing training for business content authors.
• Secure business UAT sign-off during pilot phases.

Functional Analyst / Coordinator – AEM

• Managing and supporting Data Subject Rights Requests which are primarily access (DSARs) and erasure requests
• Reviewing, analysing and responding to data events, including producing management information
• Designing and delivering awareness materials and training sessions for teams across the business
• Helping improve and optimise privacy processes, including data subject rights workflows
• Leading analytical tasks and supporting the production of Key Risk Indicators and other metrics
• Supporting the rollout, awareness and continuous improvement of the RAISE (Hiscox AI Risk Management) framework
• Producing and maintaining key AI-related risk metrics

Privacy Analyst

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Legal, and Finance to help accelerate the review and approval of complex orders.
• Collaborate with Sales to build and manage quotes within Salesforce, applying internal policy expertise to ensure quotes align with internal policies, while helping Sales to meet customer needs and maximize revenue.
• Manage internal escalations for policy exceptions arising from the Sales team, and assist in developing creative solutions to reduce friction and risks during the sales process.
• Assist with cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the quote-to-cash process; identify and implement solutions that reduce friction and resolve systemic operational challenges within Salesforce.
