Analyst

• Based on the target topic or industry that our clients are evaluating, perform high quality research to understand the client’s needs and vet relevance and qualifications of experts recommended by our expert recommendation system or external databases.
• Independently identify industry professionals and experts of relevance to client requests/projects, pitch Lynk value proposition to engage with these experts who are often mid-senior level executives at top-tier firms, conduct informed conversations to assess their expertise and fit for given projects and convince them to join the Lynk network.
• Manage relationship with experts, including communication on their payment cycles, and assisting them with any queries.
• Build & strengthen user relationships by providing high quality delivery and proactive updates on their projects, obtaining timely feedback and ensuring high engagement through regular touchpoints.

Analyst – Client Solutions, Korean Speaker

• Work with portfolio managers and analysts in the region to incubate, design and manage research studies of strategic importance to our portfolios
• Manage a network of external reporters to ensure the smooth execution of the research studies
• Analyze, interpret and communicate Grassroots research study findings to investment professionals
• Communicate proactively with investors globally on the findings of the studies and contribute to client communications
• Manage multiple research projects on deadline
• Active participation in investment meetings

Grassroots Analyst

• Responsible for Investment recommendations on a tiered coverage list of stocks
• Maintain a reasonable and auditable trail of quantitative forecasts and history of the earnings, valuation as well as qualitative analysis
• Liaise with investment team and clients to convey recommendations and analysis in a timely manner
• Correctly predict stocks that will contribute to positive relative performance
• Model the fundamental prospects of individual companies through a detailed company model
