Affiliate Manager

• Source, vet, and onboard affiliate and performance partners aligned with Bitcoin.com's brand.
• Build and manage the affiliate programme across key products including Bitcoin.com Wallet App.
• Negotiate CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid deal structures with partners tied to LTV-anchored conversion events.
• Manage and optimise campaigns through a crypto-native affiliate tracking platform.
• Monitor partner performance against qualifying events.
• Identify and flag fraud, bot traffic, or non-compliant referrals.
• Work closely with Sales & BD, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to align the acquisition programme.
• Help shape and execute performance campaigns tied to internal initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track partner performance, campaign ROI, and LTV return against acquisition spend.

Affiliate and Partnership Acquisition Manager

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing affiliate team, including senior managers, managers, and junior staff
• Expand and strengthen the affiliate network by recruiting high-quality partners
• Drive traffic growth and maximize acquisition performance across all brands
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with affiliates to deliver consistent revenue growth
• Negotiate bespoke commercial agreements to unlock incremental opportunities
• Oversee initiatives that enhance affiliate conversion, retention, and overall performance
• Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate activity, ensuring strong ROI on all campaigns
• Collaborate with design and development teams to create high-converting marketing assets
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices
• Plan and execute quarterly promotions and incentive programs to engage affiliates
• Produce engaging monthly affiliate communications, including newsletters and industry updates
• Represent the company in key affiliate forums, events, and networking opportunities
• Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, managing relationships, queries, and negotiations
• Provide regular performance reporting against targets and strategic goals

Head of Affiliates

• Acquire and build strong relationships with new affiliates
• Managing a portfolio of existing affiliates with a focus on performance optimisation
• Continuously develop existing affiliate deals through innovation and new commercial structures
• Work closely with low-performing affiliates to improve results and support key partners to further scale acquisition
• Suggest and implement growth initiatives across affiliate channels
• Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, regulations, and market changes
• Ensure KPIs, traffic, and revenue targets are met or exceeded
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates to maximise long-term partnerships
• Manage multiple affiliate accounts while analysing data to drive continuous performance improvement
• Manage affiliate platform CRM, commission structures, and budget allocation

Senior Affiliate Manager

• Assisting team members with day to day tasks and coordinating projects and activities as requested
• Maintaining tracking systems for campaigns and online activities, which includes opening accounts, creating campaigns, creating relevant tracking links, making sure proper links are placed across sites and testing links
• Handle troubleshooting relating to the operators’ tracking links & campaigns
• Assisting in delivering detailed KPI and market tracking and analysis
• Assisting in setting up CRM campaigns by liaising with the Sales & Account Team
• Taking care of migration processes of the accounts
• Whitelisting new brands in the internal CRM system
• Making sure internal CRM systems are up to date with relevant information
