• Serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to Division leadership
• Lead specialized mobility team in delivering support for complex assignments
• Design and deliver training programs
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in mobility matters
• Customize mobility programs to align with business strategy

Global Mobility Business Partner

• Onboard new affiliate partners and manage them through the launch and testing phase within a defined budget;
• Build warm, trust-based relationships with partners and maintain regular communication;
• Monitor and analyze partner performance on a daily basis, assess traffic quality and key metrics;
• Work with traffic acquisition sources, funnels, and buying models to evaluate partner effectiveness;
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new partnership opportunities;
• Maintain accurate reporting in Excel / Tableau;
• Attend industry conferences to network with current and potential partners;
• Transfer high-performing partners to the scaling team with full handoff documentation.

Affiliate Launch Manager

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-tech roles.
• Act as a true consultant and partner to senior business leaders.
• Design, refine, and execute structured recruitment processes.
• Map out the local and international talent landscape for commercial roles, advising hiring managers on talent availability and market trends.
