Actuary

• Interact with clients’ executive teams and auditors, acting as a subject-matter expert and leading clients through complex accounting issues to reach clear conclusions.
• Lead client engagements and own delivery of operational due diligence for complex transactions (e.g., IPOs, acquisitions and divestitures, equity offerings, debt financings).
• Oversee preparation and delivery of financial and regulatory information in accordance with IFRS and the regulatory requirements of French and EU markets (e.g., AMF filings, ESEF compliance, EU financial disclosure).
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on projects related to new IFRS standards and other European accounting regulations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and the implementation of accounting and reporting changes.
• Mentor managers and consultants, model ethical behavior, foster professional growth, and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Lead firm initiatives and identify opportunities for operational and service improvements.
• Play an active role in the firm’s recruiting activities, client relationship building, and business development efforts.
