• Provide operational oversight necessary to ensure compliance and integrity of accounts payable transactions for all owned entities within the OhioHealth system
• Maintain day-to-day invoice quality & process flow and engage in resolution of error queues
• Coordinate the reconciliation of supplier statements and past due balances
• Manage strategic supplier accounts to ensure processing errors are minimized and coordinate exception resolution activities with Supply Chain
• Assist in the management of the overall invoice lifecycle for suppliers assigned to their related group

Senior Business Coordinator – Accounts Payable Invoice Analyst

• Process large volume of Non-PO invoices in multiple ERP systems – Ensure that all required codes/approvals are present
• Resolve the Holds and problem invoice folders. Entails researching problem invoices/credit memos while working with plant personnel or supplier directly to resolve
• Reconcile weekly/monthly vendor statements. Entails researching problem invoices/credit memos and work with plant personnel or supplier directly to resolve
• Manage incoming requests via phone & email; strong service mentality (dedicated to servicing the customer & supplier)

Accounts Payable Associate II

• Promote company core values and foster positive relationships with vendors
• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Manage vendor setup and maintenance (W-9s, ACH details, compliance checks)
• Initiate timely payment of invoices using a variety of payment methods (credit card, check, ACH, wire, call-in)
• Manage Vendor Portals (invoice Retrieval and making payments)
• Reconcile vendor accounts regularly
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries promptly
• Organize and automate AP processes to drive efficiencies, minimize errors and delinquencies
• Support other finance and accounting personnel as necessary

Accounts Payable Specialist

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Accounts Payable team.
• Own and manage the full accounts payable lifecycle, including purchase orders, invoices, disbursements, and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure timely, accurate processing of high-volume transactions while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Review and approve invoices for proper coding, documentation, and alignment with Delegation of Authority requirements.
• Oversee vendor management processes, including onboarding and maintenance of accurate vendor records.
• Lead payment operations across various payment methods, ensuring security and compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve coding accuracy and streamline workflows.

• Reconciles supplier statements on a timely basis; effectively communicates and resolves open issues as it relates to missing credit memos, missing invoices, invoices on hold, disputes and invoices inquiries.
• Serves as team lead over an Accounts Payable Specialist to identify and resolve issues related to the entry of all invoices related to the suppliers assigned.
• Performs Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) supplier invoice processing and troubleshooting.
• Performs direct buy and purchase order supplier invoice upload file imports into Oracle on scheduled due dates.
• Analyzes price variance report monthly.
• Analyzes and resolves unapplied credit and debit memos.
• Provide back-up to Accounts Payable Specialist functions.
• Responds to requestor Receipt No Invoice (RNI) follow up notifications within a two-week period.
• Review and correct all applicable aged Accounts Payable invoice holds on a weekly basis.
• Reviews and resolves Markview systems working folder on a timely basis.
• Answers and effectively resolves internal and external phone calls in a timely manner.
• Obtain copies of invoices and credit memos that are missing
• Resolves KTM and Markview backlog queues as assigned by Corporate Accounts Payable Manager.
• Supplier maintenance back-up responsibilities.
• Review supplier payment terms and communicates differences to Corporate Accounts Payable Manager & Supplier Correspondent for necessary updates.
• Assists in opening mail and scanning of supplier invoices into Kofax and Markview systems.

Senior Accounts Payable Specialist – Hybrid

AP Clerk, Temporary

• Manage invoicing, payments, and collections while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients
• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments
• Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts to ensure accuracy
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting
• Support cash flow management by tracking incoming and outgoing payments
• Help ensure accurate coding of transactions in the general ledger
• Identify opportunities to improve AP/AR processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards

Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

• Process vendor invoices through the AP queue, including review of Direct PO and Contested Hold reports for assigned vendors
• Research and resolve discrepancies on PO‑related invoices (e.g., pricing, quantities, or receipt issues)
• Ensure non‑PO invoices are properly approved and paid in a timely manner
• Manually bill sales orders that do not auto‑bill during the import or posting process
• Review vendor account statements, research past‑due invoices, and reconcile open purchase orders where inventory has been received
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve invoice and payment issues
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain professional communication via email and phone
• Perform new vendor setup and ongoing vendor maintenance, including ACH confirmations
• Obtain and validate required documentation for vendor setup in compliance with TAKKT guidelines

• Partner with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test robust SAP solutions supporting core RTR processes with particular attention to the CO module.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Lead and support RTR related projects and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform hands-on configuration in S/4HANA for FI and CO objects with particular focus on standard cost estimates, variance analysis and inter-company processes.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to design seamless end-to-end processes and integrations.
• Lead or contribute to testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and cutover planning.
• Create and maintain essential project documentation, including business requirements, functional/technical specifications, and test scripts.
• Influence RTR process strategy by recommending best practices and innovative solutions that align with enterprise goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.
• Provide deep functional expertise and production support for RTR processes, including incident resolution and break-fix solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the organization.
