Accounts Payable

• Lead the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements, while proactively identifying and resolving workflow issues.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and leveraging PeopleSoft system capabilities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee administration and optimization of the PeopleSoft Accounts Payable system, including development of queries, reporting, and data analysis to support business decision-making.
• Partner with Procurement, Treasury, and cross-functional stakeholders to leverage payables data and support organizational objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments while maintaining strong internal controls over payment processing, banking activities, and fraud prevention.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements, including 1099 processing and unclaimed property, and ensure the integrity of financial records and documentation.
• Lead internal and external audit activities related to accounts payable and treasury operations, ensuring readiness and timely resolution of findings.
• Manage, develop, and mentor Accounts Payable staff, and maintain department policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Accounts Payable Manager

• Lead the AP Support team responsible for vendor inquiries via ServiceNow, payment support (including internal payments and Paymode), and 1099 reporting support in partnership with Tax and Compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within Accounts Payable, leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and professional resolution of inquiries within established SLAs.
• Monitor workload, trends, and aging to proactively address backlog, process gaps, and performance risks.
• Develop, maintain, and report on departmental KPIs related to vendor inquiries, vendor master processing, payment accuracy, timeliness, and reclasses.
• Monitor adherence to internal SLAs and hold team members accountable for meeting performance standards.
• Prepare and share regular KPI reporting with leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive corrective action plans when KPIs or SLAs are not met, including coaching, process changes, or workflow adjustments.

Accounts Payable Support Manager

• Provide administrative and accounting support to the Shared Services Group
• Process credit card transactions through online platforms
• Enter and process non-ERS (Evaluated Receipt Settlement) invoices
• Review and analyze freight files from third-party providers
• Process employee expense reports in Concur
• Post and reconcile Concur-related entries
• Perform monthly account reconciliations
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed
• Support and maintain the 1099 reporting process

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation, GL coding and approval prior to payment
• Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices
• Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies and respond to all vendor inquiries
• Provide backup to freight payables and other areas in A/P
• Participate in weekly payment run and daily batch review

• Partner with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test robust SAP solutions supporting core EWM/IM processes.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Lead and support EWM-related projects and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform hands-on configuration in S/4HANA for inbound, outbound, delivery, cycle counting, warehouse set-up, and material movement internally/externally.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to design seamless end-to-end processes and integrations.
• Lead or contribute to testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and cutover planning.

• Partner with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test robust SAP solutions supporting core RTR processes with particular attention to the CO module.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Lead and support RTR related projects and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform hands-on configuration in S/4HANA for FI and CO objects with particular focus on standard cost estimates, variance analysis and inter-company processes.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to design seamless end-to-end processes and integrations.
