Accounting Manager

• Daily provide cheque and fund transferring as request by operation department payment to supplier
• Handling clearing AP open item once payment done.
• Transfer purchase Vat suspense to Vat main.
• Transfer fund to Petty Cash account of each branch and KTB bank account for KTB logistics Card
• Issue withholding tax certificate to vendor.
• Checking purchase Vat report before submitting to Tax Authority.
• Submit the Cargo Sale report with IATA
• Send the Cargo Sale report and receipt to Counter Party
• Monitoring Duty Stamp
• Bank reconciliation in each currency.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• To take up additional assignments/tasks as required meeting with the Company needs.

Accounting Officer, A/P

• Review, verify, code, and process supplier invoices, employee expense claims, and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Check VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT) deduction documents for accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare and send payment advice to vendors and support payment processing activities.
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including preparing and sending invoices, receipts, and related documents to customers.
• Maintain and update vendor and customer master data, ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation.
• Support accrual preparation and month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with Shared Services Center and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow processes.
• Ensure proper collection, filing, and maintenance of accounting and tax-related documents, including Tax Invoices, Receipts, and Withholding Tax Certificates.
• Support daily accounting and finance operations as assigned.

Accounting Officer – 1-Year Contract

• Manage a team responsible for providing outsourced accounting services to a portfolio of clients
• Prepare accounting reports for use by client’s management
• Prepare financial statements for statutory purposes
• Ensure that accounting services provided by your team are completed on time while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Develop strong client relationships
• Motivate, develop and train the accountants within your team
• Improve efficiency of your team to perform accounting services within budget
• Identify causes for budget overruns and implement solutions
• Support the preparation of proposals to prospective clients
• Support Partners of the Accounting Practice in developing quality controls and internal processes
