Senior Consolidation Accountant

• Contribute toward a team covering one or more client relationships
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, including but not limited to, Balance Sheet, Statement of Investments, Statement of Operations, Statement of Cash Flows, and Notes to Financial Statements
• Prepare general ledger and work paper files for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income, and expense accruals, etc.
• Prepare Partner Capital reports including Partner P&L
• Prepare and calculate monthly interest accruals, management fees and capital allocations
• Calculate capital call and distribution notices, sources/uses of cash, and investor notices
• Reconcile cash balances daily for multiple accounts
• Calculate quarter end final and estimated NAVs
• Support the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the team, client, and auditors
• Train and mentor junior staff

Senior Fund Accountant – Real Estate Private Equity

• Support accurate and timely accounting for trade customer revenue and 3rd party tenant billings
• Responsible for executing core revenue processes—such as invoicing, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting—while ensuring transactions are complete, well‑supported, and compliant with accounting standards and customer/tenant contract terms
• Analyze and communicate results to business and commercial partners to support decision‑making and cash collection
• Build strong working knowledge of key business drivers and apply established practices and sound judgment to resolve straightforward issues within defined procedures
• Provide informal guidance to other team members and explain accounting information clearly to a range of stakeholders

Revenue Accountant

• Oversees accounting for the UAMS ESPC Project including maintenance of the general ledger and the month-end close process
• Works closely with the Program Management team in areas including budget and forecast preparation, project financial analysis, and development of internal control policies and procedures
• Performs daily and monthly accounting processes including journal entries, account reconciliations and general ledger transactions
• Prepares monthly client invoicing in coordination with the Program Management team
• Enters subcontractor accounts payable invoices and manage needed cash disbursements
• Assists in the preparation and analysis of financial information in accordance with GAAP
• Prepares routine financial reports and ad-hoc reports for operational review and decision making
• Provides analysis and recommendations to senior leadership by analyzing project financial performance, analyzing budget variances, and ensuring compliance
• Assists with submission of information and necessary communication with internal and external auditors and respond appropriately to auditor comments and recommendations

• Support and progressively own components of the monthly close process (target: 5–7 business days)
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications
• Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in the appropriate accounting period
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting packages
• Perform and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Review payables for accuracy, proper coding, approvals, and documentation
• Identify and record necessary accruals and estimates
• Collaborate with Accounting and Operations teams to ensure alignment of financial data
• Support audit and lender requests by providing accurate documentation and analysis

Senior Accountant

• Perform professional accounting work involving compilation, consolidation, and analysis of accounting and finance information for the production of financial statements and reports.
• Applies accounting techniques and standard practices to the classification and recording of financial transactions.
• Prepares financial and business-related analysis.
• Classifies, examines, and analyzes accounting records and prepares related financial reports and statements.
• May serve on or lead project teams for special projects.

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, assist with the monthly close activities, prepare schedules and other general accounting functions.
• Coordinate and work cross functionally with the actuary team, pharmacy team, and others as needed to administer the accounting for pharmacy and medical rebates.
• Manage or perform functions related to accounting and or reporting on a GAAP/STAT basis.
• Participate in financial accounting issues resolution and process procedural changes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, support & problem solving assistance, and knowledge transfer to others.
• Research financial and operating data, prepares financial analyses and reports of findings and prepares recommendations to management.
• Initiate projects to improve processes/controls, partner with project teams to ensure resolution of project/post-project issues.
• Review financial statements and supporting documentation for GAAP/STAT monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal/external audiences.
• Assist with audits by providing requested information to auditors and resolve issues and draft resolutions.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and perform self-testing.
