Account Manager

• Drive the in-field Immunology execution in prioritized accounts to achieve sales, brand performance, and engagement targets.
• Develop Account Plans & Multichannel Cycle Plans based on strategy, market situation and customer insights to drive sales & brand performance.
• Utilize the Omnichannel approach to maximize access and impact of customer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Actively gain and share insights on relevant aspects of external environment advising Brand Strategy, Tactical Plans and engagement planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical and other internal functions to deliver impactful customer engagement.
• Report to the Business Unit Manager.

Partner Manager

• Align IQM’s product roadmap with our global partnership strategy to create a seamless full-stack customer experience across hardware, software, integration, and cloud.
• Lead and support senior leaders across Product and Commercial Partnerships, helping teams stay connected to both technical progress and market realities.
• Translate technical milestones and roadmap developments into clear product positioning, commercial offerings, and new market opportunities.
• Guide the evolution of IQM’s on-premises systems, integrations, software, and cloud capabilities to meet the needs of HPC centers, sovereign infrastructure, and enterprise customers.
• Build and grow strategic partnerships with cloud providers, system integrators, research organizations, and industry leaders across sectors such as finance, energy, and life sciences.
• Represent IQM in board-level conversations, industry events, global summits, and strategic customer discussions.
• Work closely with sales, public affairs, and technical teams to support IQM’s position in the rapidly evolving global quantum landscape.
• Oversee product lifecycle decisions as the industry transitions from research-focused NISQ systems toward scalable QEC and FTQC technologies.
• Support long-term commercial growth through strategic planning, investment prioritization, and ecosystem development.
• Help create an environment where collaboration across science, engineering, product, and commercial teams feels natural, fast-moving, and grounded in shared goals.
