Account Executive

• To achieve agreed sales and collection targets;
• To manage and develop business of allocated sales territory by implementing sales plan, providing necessary supports to gain customer satisfaction.
• To maintain and develop relationship with customers

• Maintain existing customers and create sales opportunities via share gain, up-gradation and price increase to meet the sales target set

• Raise quotations to customers, as appropriate, and follow progress to order completion stage.
• Seek, develop and gain new businesses via customer conversion, up-gradation, new products and services
• Actively notify, provide information and local support to Global sales team to work on gaining speciation from new brands
• Liaise with credit control officer to work closely with customers in order to collect the payment on time.
• Maintain and develop relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Report on time to direct manager.
• Provide accurate and detailed Forecast of future demand.

Sales Executive – Specialty

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area
• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders
• Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services
• Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to internal stakeholders
