2D Artist

• You'll work closely with our creative, account, and design teams to help transform ideas into polished, production-ready work across print, digital, presentations, and whatever else lands on your desk.
• Creating mechanicals, preparing production files, retouching imagery, building presentations, organizing assets, and helping ensure that every piece of work leaving the agency is flawless.

Junior Graphic Artist

• Develop and design new communication products, including ones that target specific groups of firefighters, including ads, social media content, presentations, posters, fact sheets, tip sheets, palm cards, email blasts, exhibit booth materials, giveaways with NFR QR codes, etc.
• Skilled in widely available graphics design software and apps, suitable for producing print and eproducts
• Contribute intellectually to the NFR comprehensive communications campaign to specifically target groups of firefighters under-represented in the NFR.

Desktop Publication Specialist – Graphic Artist

• Create original, innovative artwork for high-volume childrenswear collections, with a primary focus on placement graphics and allover textile designs
• Develop additional graphics including yarn dyes, trims, labels, and hangtags as needed
• Produce precise, accurate, production-ready artwork and pitch sheets for factory tech packs
• Partner closely with Apparel Design to research, pull, and interpret print and graphic inspiration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design and Sales teams to incorporate feedback and ensure customer alignment
• Apply a creative yet cost-conscious approach to graphic execution, balancing techniques to meet strategic price-point targets
• Stay current on international trends in color, print, and graphic design relevant to childrenswear
• Maintain a well-organized digital artwork library across multiple brands, seasons, and customers
• Manage multiple seasons and priorities simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines

Apparel Graphic Artist – Childrenswear

• Help define a minimal, intuitive, and visually compelling UI that supports overall game design goals
• Create AAA quality UI art assets, including icons, fonts, animations, and motion graphics from concept to completion using Photoshop, Figma, and After Effects for concepting to implementation in Unreal.
• Design UI elements for menus, HUD and in-world interfaces
• Research visual trends and player-facing UI across games to help define actionable steps in pursuing a great experience for players
• Coordinate and collaborate with UX Designers, Technical UI Designers and UI Engineers to achieve the desired quality in an asynchronous, remote development environment

Principal UI Artist

• Develop and modernize high-fidelity visual assets for Navy Career Training Continuum courseware.
• Create and refine 2-D visual artifacts, including animations and interactive elements.
• Transform legacy media assets into modernized visuals aligning with NAVEDTRA 142 standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and ISDs for accurate graphic representations of Naval equipment.
• Ensure media files are optimized for performance.

• Partner closely with Design to translate concepts into retail-ready presentation materials.
• Ensure all visuals accurately reflect garment construction, fit intent, fabrication, and brand positioning.
• Ability to oversee and manage departmental projects, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clearly communicated.
• Review and approve work completed by more junior CAD Artists to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiencies, including exploration of 3D tools and AI-supported design technologies.
• Contribute to the evolution of Dreamwear’s digital visualization capabilities.

Senior CAD, 3D Illustrator – Intimate Apparel
