iOS Engineer

• Lead and work with Javi, Andrii, Orcun, Arne, Lieneke, Daniil, Rosa, Dmytro, Azat and Paulo (our iOS developers) on all things related to our app.
• Partner with Jimmy, our iOS Tech Lead, to balance technical excellence with strong people leadership across the iOS team.
• You will spend approximately 40% of your time leading our iOS discipline, and 60% in the role of a senior engineer working on our app.
• Daily interactions with product managers, designers, other engineers, and the rest of our team, we believe in a deeply collaborative environment.
• Proactively improving our app's maintainability, resiliency, and extensibility, addressing technical debt when needed or even better, preventing it when it makes sense.

iOS People Lead

• Develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Take ownership of development processes, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and best practices in deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay up to date with the latest iOS development trends and integrate relevant advancements into our apps.

• Working closely with Jimmy (our Lead iOS Engineer), and Javi, Andrii, Orcun, Arne, Lieneke, Daniil, Rosa, Dmytro, Azat and Paulo (our senior iOS developers) on all things related to our app.
• Be responsible for implementing new features, improving existing features and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our iOS App.
• We're product-first; meaning you won't just work within the iOS team, you'll be embedded in a dedicated Product Pillar team, each owning a distinct part of the user journey. Day-to-day you'll work closely with PMs, designers, and engineers across disciplines. It's a genuinely cross-functional setup: PMs, designers, and engineers working together from problem to solution, because the best product decisions happen when technical perspective is in the room early.
