• Build and develop high performing leadership teams across functions through coaching and mentorship to senior leaders including SVPs, VPs, Managers, and Supervisors, fostering a strong performance and accountability culture.
• Build a collaborative, empowered environment through effective delegation, training, motivation, employee engagement and career development.
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders through regular meetings, operational coordination and serving as a senior point of contact, conducting periodic service reviews to assess service quality and evolving client priorities.
• Define, monitor, and manage client SLAs, ensuring transparency and accountability through robust reporting.
• Oversee daily operations and production across FA, Custody, DM and Pricing & Trade Capture, while ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery against agreed service levels.
• Ensure issues are escalated to LO in a timely manner.
• Review performance dashboards, MIS, and KPIs regularly to ensure departmental targets and client commitments are met.
• Develop, maintain, and validate operational procedures, controls, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Actively contributes to global processing initiatives, working closely with other regional leads to support standardization and scalability, with regular touchpoints.
• Focus on operational stability, scalability, digitization, and delivery.
• Contribute to group-level strategic planning and prioritization for transformation or efficiency initiatives, including assignment of project leads or SMEs.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processing.
• Take ownership of risk management within the department, including conducting Risk Assessments where required.
• Manage operational risk through incident logging, action plan maintenance, and remediation tracking in CAMMS.

Executive Vice President, Head of COE – Funds Of Funds

• Encompass all facets of the calculation of net asset values on a variety of complex hedge funds. Managing a group of supervisors and senior fund accountants while working closely with your vice president, your responsibilities will include;
• Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund clients;
• Review and sign-off of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports
• Reviewing/Authorizing payments and other transactions;
• Building relationships and working closely with Citco Internal SSC and non-SSC teams including Operational Support, Middle Office, Pricing, Investor Relations and Relationship Management Fund Accounting teams
• Planning, scheduling and managing the daily workflows of all client deliverables within the team
• Effective monitoring of deliverables to ensure high SLA compliance within set accuracy standards
• Developing, adhering and maintaining target resource deployment to ensure adequate resources for production, overtime and cost management
• Ensure adherence of applicable best practice policies and client specific agreements.
• Address and/or escalate all material issues effecting the NAV production process or client relationship in general to Vice President in a detailed and timely manner
• Managing and coordinating the Year end process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services, etc.
• Liaising closely with the Supervisor to identify and implement on the job training initiatives for team members; own team related duties including vacation management, performance appraisals, etc.
• Engage and own intra-office migrations and/ or new client on boarding
• Contribute and own departmental initiatives while supporting team initiatives
• Drive forward continuous improvement, seeking efficiencies while maintaining adequate controls
