Trainer

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training for WISRD users
• Develop and maintain instructional materials, lesson plans, practical exercises, quick-start guides, and user documentation
• Conduct train-the-trainer events and support new user onboarding
• Demonstrate WISRD capabilities to military units, program offices, and senior leaders
• Translate operational intelligence workflows into practical WISRD training scenarios
• Support military exercises, demonstrations, experimentation events, and operational evaluations
• Gather user feedback and assist product teams in identifying capability improvements
• Provide operational subject matter expertise across all-source intelligence, collection management, targeting, ISR operations, mission planning, and intelligence analysis
• Travel to customer locations within CONUS and occasionally OCONUS to support training and fielding activities

WISRD Intelligence SME – Trainer

Intelligence SME/trainer teaching military and DoD users to operate CyOne’s WISRD intelligence platform. Supporting fielding, demonstrations, exercises, and product improvements.

• Serve as cadre for the MIRC sUAS Master Trainer Program's Advanced Course (Module 2).
• Deliver hands-on training in FPV tactical flight and Integrated Field Exercises.
• Work in a two-person instructor team per cohort.
• Contribute to curriculum development, equipment maintenance, and Module 1 instruction as needed.
