Threat Intelligence Specialist

• Manage end-to-end external data process (ETL) for assigned accounts as follows: Data acquisition: Collaborate with customer accounts to obtain periodic data on agreed schedule, and verify data is in loadable/usable format
• Data Staging: Ensure data is properly staged, resolving load errors and verifying completeness; Work with internal partners to maintain accurate data cleansing (material and account cross referencing)
• Data Loading: Confirm data is loaded into all analytics and reporting systems
• Issue Resolution: Work with internal partners and customers directly to resolve data issues
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal partners and customers to identify and execute improvement initiatives and projects. Examples include (but are not limited to) optimization of load timing, improved data cleansing, and process documentation.
• Complete regular mass validations during critical period ends to ensure data accuracy / consistency
• Integrate new accounts as assigned
• Act as subject matter expert for external data, interfacing with Analytics, Finance, Operations and Sales teams as needed
• Work through conflicting issues, roadblocks and dependencies; proactively manage risks, changes, and communication with project stakeholders.
• Flex to big picture strategic view as required.
