Technical Writer

• Support the Workstream (WS) Leaders by drafting future-state procedural documentation based on the outputs from the applicable ECMP phases, events and regulatory requirements.
• Gather and review site-level procedural documentation.
• Support in-person ECMP and WS-centric events.
• Complete any necessary ECMP forms to capture outputs and outcomes for applicable ECMP phases and meetings.
• Review and verify accuracy and completeness of documents.
• Coordinate and route ECMP related and ECMP WS Output documentation for approval.
• Other duties as assigned.

Technical Writer, Quality Compliance

• Work closely with content strategists, documentation program managers, engineering project teams, support teams, and other stakeholders to create and maintain high-quality documentation
• Prioritize and deliver customer-focused documentation aligned to established processes
• Provide feedback to other technical writers to improve the quality and consistency of our content
• Work with quality engineering (QE) and development to improve the accuracy of your documentation
• Address customer feedback, and promote continuous improvement of the documentation experience
• Contribute to the achievement of team goals through completion of tasks
• Learn to use our internal documentation toolchain, including the publishing platform and issue tracking tools
• Keep up to date on changes to our offerings, customer use cases, support issues, and business strategy
• Devote time to research and increase your understanding of your product area, including related trends and topics in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and machine learning operations (MLOps)

• Driving imaging services systems and science technical initiatives cross-functionally within the organization
• Providing clinical imaging sciences support within Imaging Services
• Implementing, and validating new imaging applications
• Developing/implementing complex image review workflows
• Managing complex technical issue escalations
• Leading process improvements
• Training team members where required
• Serving as a subject matter expert for defining project level technical execution with sponsors
• Writing Trial Configuration Specification (TCS) documentation
• Handling blinded independent central review (BICR) criteria, image acquisition, image quality and image transfers

Senior Technical Writer, Imaging Services

• Create and maintain technical documentation for products
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers
• Review and edit content for clarity and accuracy
• Participate in product development meetings to understand requirements
