Technical Recruiter

• Independently source suitable IT candidates for our search mandates
• Develop and optimize search strategies (Boolean, X‑Ray Search, semantic search, etc.)
• Active sourcing using modern recruiting and research tools
• Personalized initial outreach to potential candidates
• Conduct virtual initial interviews for technical and personal pre-screening
• Assess candidate fit based on the job requirements and produce structured interview notes
• Present suitable candidates to the recruiting team
• Document activities in our ATS
• Collaborate closely with the recruiting team on search strategy, target profiles, and search progress
