Technical Project Manager

• **What you’ll be doing. **
• - You will take full ownership of the delivery of Quantexa projects end-to-end, putting your arms around all aspects, actively mitigating risks and issues, driving high standards of quality and best practice and being in full control of the costs, timelines and scope.
• - You’ll drive successful outcomes - delivering projects in the most optimal way that realise maximum value to our clients.
• - Managing the commercial and financial aspects of your projects, working with our clients to agree contracts for professional services, using both Time and Materials (T&M) and Fixed Priced constructs.
• - Coaching and mentoring your technical teams to ensure they have the skills and capabilities necessary to produce high quality deliverables to our clients.
• - Working and learning with a high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision, seeking and knowing when to engage the rest of the Quantexa organisation for support.
• - You will devise critical strategies to successfully manage your project stakeholders, both from the client as well as Quantexa leadership.
