Technical Project Manager

• Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
• Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
• Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.

IT Project Manager

• Lead small- to medium-scale projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
• Support Senior Project Managers on larger and more complex programs when required
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, while developing and maintaining detailed project plans
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Prepare and maintain key project documentation, reporting structures, and communication plans
• Communicate project status, progress updates, potential risks, and critical issues to stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams
• Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and client expectations
• Manage project changes effectively to support successful project outcomes

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and priorities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders and management.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors or partners.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, clarifications, and escalations, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Account management & Business Development activities by taking advantage new opportunities within each client’s ecosystem
