Technical Program Manager

• Oversee and manage programmatic execution of the engineering related scope on their program including cost target flow-down.
• Act as Scrum Master and remove barriers for the team.

• Help lead Enterprise Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) initiatives across Blue Origin's entire mission set
• Develop S&OP methodologies, processes, training, tools, and governance required to operate and execute company wide Sales and Operations Planning successfully, on schedule, and on budget
• Create, design, develop and support the execution of an Enterprise Program Management Operating System across Blue Origin programs
• Build foundational program management and business optimization tools into our scaling organization

• Responsible for the development and ongoing management of multi-year programs

• Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems
• Coaching and mentoring project team members
• Developing resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and synergy realization

Technical Program Manager – Integration Management Office

• Drive planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives across teams and departments.
• Track, support, and enable teams to deliver meaningful impact; establish clear metrics and/or milestones to measure success.
• Facilitate and improve - at a program level - the team practices, workflows, and processes.
• Lead capacity planning exercises, identify gaps and make recommendations for resource allocation or escalation as needed.
• Partner with Product and Technology leadership and program stakeholders to align priorities with strategic objectives and operational realities.

• Represent IT to the customer, users, and management for all aspects of project management and performance requirements
• Provide guidance to the allocated project teams
• Support IT Managers on planning and achieving of strategic objectives
• Collaborate with customer from requirements gathering through product acceptance
• Align the program team to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives
• Review project schedules with functional project managers and project specialists allocated to projects

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and quality to ensure smooth product transfer into production
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and quality targets
• Provide regular updates and status reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure project documentation, including requirements, design records, test plans, and release materials are complete and accurate
• Champion continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and execution practices
