Technical Product Manager

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
• Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.
• Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.
• Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.

• Conduct thorough qualitative, quantitative, and market research to identify opportunities for new features & integrations
• Drive the definition of the Objectives & Key Results of your team

• Perform the role of the product owner in your team
• Collaborate with other PMs and teams within the document enablement domain
• Work within the broader Product Management guild to build and optimize PDF Tools & Smallpdf's overall product strategy, implement and scale product development best practices
